THE JOURNEY:

Another tool similar to The Room is “The Journey”.

Instead of working your way around a room, you work your way around a neighbourhood. It’s the same principle, except you are using objects or places you would see out and about!

Here is an example:

You go out your Front Door,
 see your Garage Door, admire your Car… the mailbox…. The fence…

the Bicycle Stand… the recycling… The News Stand… the power pole…the swings

the lumber yard…    the train station…      the pub…             the chippy and the trellis of roses

You can of course imagine your Journey in a straight line, We show it going back and forth because of space.

Your Journey can have as many objects as you like. It is suggested that you always work in sets of 5 for consistency of counting.
